Terms of Service (EULA)

Welcome to Maxify. To level up, you need the right framework. These terms (this "EULA") are the rules of the game. By using Maxify, you're agreeing to the system. If you're not down with the rules, this isn't for you.

1. Apple App Store Acknowledgment

If you downloaded Maxify from the Apple App Store, listen up: this agreement is strictly between you and us (Maxify), NOT Apple. We are solely responsible for the app and its content, not Apple. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for Maxify.

2. App Features & Your Responsibilities

Maxify is packed with features to help you glow up and master your social life. Here's the rundown and what you agree to when using them:

  • AskOut: An anonymous Q&A experience on steroids. It uses your location and images to enhance functionality. You are solely responsible for the links you share and the content you engage with.
  • Facial Scan (Max Looks / GlowUp) & Looksmaxxing Plan: We scan your selfies to provide actionable looksmaxxing plans. This is for entertainment and self-improvement—not medical advice.
  • Rizz (Social Mastery): Social and dating advice. Note that this feature contains mature themes and is intended for older audiences.
  • Situationship Reports (Love Vibe): You can upload screenshots of your chats to get AI analysis. CRITICAL: These features are strictly for entertainment purposes and do not provide any real advice. By uploading chat screenshots or any data, you explicitly agree that all the data shared is your responsibility. You accept sharing the data and you accept the Terms of Use of Maxify. We process these via our AI sub-processors (Google, OpenAI, OpenRouter) and do not retain them longer than necessary to generate your report.
  • Mog Battles (Android Only): Compete internationally via the "Globe." This feature uses your location and images. Your images are uploaded to our totally safe database specifically to power these online battles.

3. Eligibility

Baseline: 13+. If you are under 18, you must have guardian approval to use the system. Maxify does not process data from children under 13.

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We have a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for abusive users and objectionable content. This applies to all features, especially AskOut. You agree NOT to use Maxify to generate, upload, or share:

  • Nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography.
  • Content that promotes violence, hate speech, bullying, harassment, or self-harm, either sent directly or through AskOut links.
  • Illegal content or anything that infringes on someone else's rights (including sharing private chats without consent).

If we find out you are using the app for any of the above, we will permanently ban your device ID without warning and you will lose access to any premium purchases. You have the ability to reset or remake your AskOut links if you receive abusive content to clear the slate.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Features

Maxify's main features like Looksmaxxing, Rizz, Situationship Reports, and AskOut are "hard paywalled"—meaning you must pay to access and use them. We use RevenueCat to manage these subscriptions and purchases securely.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: For subscriptions, it automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
  • No Refunds: Maxify does not process refunds directly. Any refund requests must go through Apple or Google's native return systems.

6. Account & Data

Maxify uses an anonymous device-bound account system. There are no passwords to lose. Your purchases are tied to your App Store ID and Device ID, which means you can hit the "Restore Purchases" button in the app if you get a new phone (as long as you use the same Apple ID/Google account). Because we do not require a traditional login, all local data is deleted if you delete the app.Furthermore, users can permanently delete all server-side data associated with their Device ID at any time by utilizing the "Delete Account" button within the application settings. This action is irreversible.

7. Your Data Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you are entitled to specific rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access (GDPR Article 15 / CCPA): You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to Erasure / Deletion (GDPR Article 17 / CCPA): You can permanently delete all server-side data associated with your Device ID via the "Delete Account" button in the app.
  • Right to Data Portability (GDPR Article 20): You may request a transfer of your data by contacting us at app.aifans@gmail.com.
  • Right to Know (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.

To exercise these rights, please use the in-app "Delete Account" button or contact us at app.aifans@gmail.com. Please note that because Maxify operates on an anonymous Device ID basis, we may be unable to identify or verify your identity without your specific Device ID.

8. Intellectual Property & License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Maxify on your personal devices. You don't own the app, you just have permission to use it. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or steal our code or designs. Meanwhile, you retain all rights to the selfies and screenshots you upload for scans and reports.

9. Disclaimers & Not Medical Advice

Maxify is for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. The AI's facial analysis, "looksmaxxing" plans, and social advice are NOT medical, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on Maxify for medical decisions, and please consult a human professional for health or mental health concerns.

MAXIFY IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE PERFECT, BUG-FREE, OR ALWAYS ONLINE. APPLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WARRANTIES OR CLAIMS RELATING TO MAXIFY.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Maxify (nor Apple, if you downloaded the App from the App Store) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you (if applicable).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Maxify evolves. If we make big changes, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new rules.
